Already for many years, it is a matter of course to promote junior staff and give young talents a chance.
At the Hückeswagen site we offer not one but two training pathways:
- Industrial Sales Management Assistant (m/f/d)
- Industrial Sales Management Assistant (m/f/d) including the obtainment of the general certificate enabling college and university level studies which is done in cooperation with the vocational school in Hückeswagen
Our trainees spend time in any of our company’s departments to gain an overview as to how an industrial enterprise works and, quite comprehensively, learn about the business from the order intake to the payment transactions. Based on this intensive insight and the active involvement, each year, we can congratulate our former trainees to the successful completion of their exams - and it is not only us thinking that this is excellent.
