As a company that takes on trainees, each year again, we give young people the chance to put their future on a sound footing. We offer training places in the commercial and the technical departments. Moreover, in the cooperation with the vocational college in Hückeswagen, there is the possibility to do a training of three years completing with the Chamber of Commerce degree titled ‘industrial sales management assistant’ while at the same time obtaining the general certificate enabling college and university level studies.
Engagement and commitment pay off and consequently, over the past years, Clouth could retain trainees, following the successful completion of their training period, to work in open-ended employment relationships.
