Our metal doctor blades are made from high-quality materials and are in widespread use in paper machines.
The CLOUTH-DT® STAHL can be used in various positions in the paper machine, but the rustproof carrier blade is mostly found in the press section as take-off and/or cleaning position.
Due to its special coating the CLOUTH-DT® STAHL offers many features - two of which stand out in particular: the doctor blade is very robust and durable. The metal blade with hard metal coating at bevel carbon steel offers particularly long service life and flawless cleaning for rollers - not least because of its sharp wading tip. Therefore, this doctor blade should not be missing in your assortment.
