Clouth Cleaning Systems, Advice and Service Directly on the Spot

Tim Wallace is our man in Great Britain.

<<In fact, there are a great deal of similarities between Germany and the United Kingdom>> Tim Wallace smiles. <<Exactly the same as in Germany, people in UK love their sport – no matter whether they practice it, watch it live or on TV. It’s just that in Britain, besides football, we watch rugby and cricket, too.>>

Being a native Briton, Tim Wallace enthuses about North Wales: <<Such a magnificent landscape and the people here are all very friendly!>> No wonder that he made this scenery the new home for his family in 2016. From there he services the market in the UK, but as well takes action for Clouth internationally in Australia, Canada and New Zealand - and in the USA with a special focus on the products made by Clouth Sprenger; the Ceradia range.

At home around the globe

Customers in the many yet different markets are internationally serviced by Tim Wallace and have one thing in common: the thirst for innovations and reliable product developments.  The business partners, moreover, ask for a high degree of technical advice and service competence. Products which have proven their worth in practice are always welcome.

In UK we are market leader in the field of doctor blades. Those markets where our Ceradia products are in use are fiercely contested, but here too, we can hold our ground due to our reliable products, service and the constant innovations.

Working in the paper industry for 36 years – of which 18 years for Clouth

Before joining Joh. Clouth GmbH & Co. KG in 2002, Tim Wallace had already worked in the paper industry for 18 years – a fascinating industrial sector as stated by paper.org.uk about 4 million tons of paper are produced in the more than 40 paper mills in the United Kingdom.

We are sure: Tim Wallace is aware of the appropriate product to any plant and challenge.

Tim Wallace also likes to recall how it all started for him at Clouth:

<<A really great experience was being at the opening of the Hückeswagen factory in 2002.  In particular, it was lovely to be able to bring my wife and children (twin boys, then 10 years old) to see this marvellous new factory.  Everybody at the opening was really impressed with the event and had a great time.>>

Our next jouney takes us to Indonesia. This will be exciting!
